R3 is ready for derby out the box. The skate comes fitted with the light weight Powerdyne Nylon Thrust plate and Kwik ABEC 5 bearings. It's a great affordable and comfy start to get you rolling round the track. 

Fun fact: Most of the HK Roller Derby girls started on these and a lot still skate in them!
